China Telecom Beijing Institute, together with its partners QuantumCTek, Fiber Home and ZTE Anhui Wan Tong, released the test result of the world's first commercial ultra-long distance co-propagation of quantum key distribution (QKD) and large capacity classical optical data channels. This test employs a commercial QKD system and the commercial 8Tbps (80X100Gbps) large capacity dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) system, which together realize the repeaterless QKD transmission over 100 km.
